On Monday, May 5, 2008, a new series of meetings began under the auspices of Alcoholics Anonymous. This first meeting convened in the classroom at 8:00 PM. Mr. Cox, a member of the regional district office of AA, facilitated the session and will continue to do so on Monday evenings at 7:00 PM in the future. Although the meetings are currently limited to guests of Anthony House, it is anticipated that, in the very near future, the meetings will be open to the community. Initial feedback from the 12 participants from Anthony House was positive.
